The custom content is now installed and should be accessible the next time you boot up The Sims 4.
Simply copy the package file and paste it inside the Mods folder.
By default, though, you should be able to find the folder by going to ‘ This PC -> Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 4.' The path may differ depending on where you installed your copy of The Sims 4. Now, you’ll want to move the package file to your ‘Mods’ folder. In those cases, you don’t have to worry about step 2 anymore.
Sometimes you can directly download the package file for certain CC.
